I will give each album, EP, or single that I review a rating of one through five stars based on how I feel the bands recording fits within' its genre. I will note if I think an album is among the greatest of all time in any category.
Five Stars - You must own it, no questions asked, just get this in your possession.
Four Stars - You should own it, it's really good, your friends will want to borrow it.
Three Stars - Good and would fit right in with your awesome collection but copying it from a friend would be ok too (of course I'm pretty sure that's illegal so don't do it.)
Two Stars - Pretty weak only buy it if you are a real fan of the band and want everything they do.
One Star - Leave it at the store and deny you ever heard of it.
